Here is a "shot" about me, the baker
I had to opportunity to start working in the bakery and begin learning the trade. Soon after I began making desserts from scratch, omitting the pre-mixed goodness of it all. Once I nailed my creations, I began infusing alcohol into the mix and finetuning my craft.
After many years of making desserts for friends, colleagues, neighbors & and family; I finally listened to my support systems and opened my own bakery. Much love, care, skill, and consideration go into every product from the chosen raw ingredients and brands, to your eventual consumption.
