• Cheesecakes are frozen before being shipped and may need to thaw upon arrival.
• Shipper is to deliver the product upright and should remain upright, given the delicate nature of the product, and handle it with care. 
• Cakes are not pre-cut before being shipped
• Can last up to 10 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen
• Packaging will include items to keep the product cool during shipping. 
• Item is perishable. Please keep it refrigerated.
