• Shipper should deliver package upright to minimize product disturbance. 
• Cake will be soft and should be handled with care
• Cake can be refrigerated, wrapped as tightly as possible for up to 7 days to maintain moisture
• Cake can remain in an air-proof container or cake dish for up to 3 days
